Simulator added!

Hi,

a first version of the income statement/balance sheet simulator has been added to the blog. Still, there are a lot of connections to make better and probably there are some mistakes here and there. Let me know if you find something.

Apart from that, I hope that it can help one or two others in the process of understanding these things better, it is easier than you first think!
